The winery surrounded by vineyards is located on the north exit of Temerin, on the road (#102) to Becej and it spreads on an area of 7 hectares. Position: 45°27'22" N, 19°54'39" E.
Due to strong Atlantic winds in vegetation time, most of the vine-stocks have been planted in the position east-west. The growing system is high cordon, modified Karlovci style.
In selecting the sorts our principle was to find varieties suitable for Vojvodina region, or world varieties that authentically reflect Vojvodina terroir. Thus, our vineyard is unique, represented by very valuable, unique varieties, such as Backa , Pannonia , Petra and Kosmopolita. Considering this fact, our wines are also unique, you cannot find such wines elsewhere – merry, lively wines – with especially pleasant scent, very nice acids well balanced with moderate alcohol content and rich extract originating from the rich Vojvodina soil.
The wine production is based exclusively on grapes from our own vineyards located in Vojvodina, in Southern Backa.
Grape varieties: Chardonnay (clone 75 and clone R 8) - 2.2 ha, Backa - 0.16 ha, Petra - 0.12 ha, Kosmopolita - 0.31 ha, Pannonia - 0.96 ha, Italian Riesling (clone SK-54) - 0.96 ha, Merlot (clone 516) - 0.37 ha, Cabernet Sauvignon (clone R5) - 0.37 ha, Cabernet Franc (clone E11) - 0.37 ha, Frankovka - 0.37 ha, Syrah - 0.037 ha, Probus - 0.016 ha.
Chardonnay, world famous variety of French origin from the area of Champagne and Borgogne. It is widespread all over the world.
Yield: medium and regular.
Vintage: It ripens in the 2 nd epoch.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: It gives wine with characteristic brand aroma, it is of straw-yellow color with golden reflection of outstanding odor and aroma, full of pleasant content of acids and alcohol. It is a very good wine for champagne production. By blending it may significantly increase the quality of neutral wines. .
Italian Riesling, is probably originating from Middle Europe. This is the basic variety of the Pannonian Plain.
Yield: The yield is medium and high, regular.
Vintage: It ripens later, in the 3 rd epoch.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: Italian Riesling is of straw-yellow color, with intensely expressed odor, dry taste, medium alcohol and extract content, pleasantly bitterish and even as a young wine it develops brand odor and fresh aroma.
Pannonia, has been created at the Institute for Wine Growing in Sremski Karlovci by crossing Cunbarat x Traminer x Bianca x Riesling 239-20 Gm. It was certified in 2003. Pannonia is suitable for ecological grape production.
Yield: It is medium, fairly regular, on the level of good Rhenish Riesling clones..
Vintage:Ripening is early. It may collect much more sugar but it does not significantly lower the acids. It provides elegant, harmonious wine resembling the wine of Rhine Riesling.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine:The wine is of excellent quality, of straw-yellow color with greenish reflection, dry, aromatic with fresh scent. .
Bačka, has been created at the Institute for Wine Growing in Sremski Karlovci by crossing Petra x Bianca. It was certified in 2002.
Yield: It is characterized by high and regular yield.
Vintage: Regularly ripens in the 2 nd epoch.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: The wine is of neutral odor, by quality it is similar to Italian Riesling, it is of light green-yellow color. It is characterized by freshness and pleasant acids.
Petra has been created at the Institute for Wine Growing in Sremski Karlovci. It was certified in 1991.
Yield: Medium, regular.
Vintage: It ripens earlier or in middle age.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: The wine is of straw-yellow color with larger alcohol content, of specific Muscat aroma and scent, harmonious, soft and very fine. It is suitable for the production of semi-sweet aromatic wines.
Kosmopolita is the result of the joint work of Hungarian and our selectors. It has been created by crossing Cserszegi f ü szeres x C 43. It was certified in 2001.

Vintage: It ripens very early.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: The wine is of green-yellow color, full, extracted with fair amount of alcohol. The wine has a fine Muscat aroma, reminding of the odor of vineyard peach.
Cabernet Sauvignon is a world variety of French origin from the Bordeaux region. It is widespread all over the world.
Yield: Medium and regular.
Vintage: Cabernet Sauvignon is a brand of medium ripening epoch.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: The wine Cabernet Sauvignon has intensive ruby-red color turning to violet, full, extracted with a fair amount of alcohol, aromatic with characteristic grassy taste. Its quality is significantly improved with age.
Merlot is of French origin from the Bordeaux region..
Yield: Abundant and regular.
Vintage: Ripening in medium epoch.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: The wine represents a typical and fine product of intensive ruby-red color, characteristic taste of plant greenery, with fair amount of alcohol, dry, aromatic, with relatively low acidity. By blending with Cabernets its quality is improved.
Frankovka, originates from the Franken region in Germany and/or from Croatia .
Yield: High and regular.
Vintage: It ripens in the 3 rd epoch.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: The wine is of intensive ruby-red color, of medium extract, it tastes on greenery. Fully matured wine develops a characteristic brand taste and odor and represents a good quality product among red wines of continental vineyard regions.
Cabernet Franc, is of French origin.
Yield: Medium, fairly regular in the climate of northern regions.
Vintage: Ripening time is medium or later.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: Cabernet Franc is intensive ruby-red wine, full, rich of extract, with medium alcohol amount, odorous, with characteristic pleasant green (grass) taste, harmonious, of high quality. It is good for shorter aging of 2-3 years.
Syrah is an ancient variety originating from the south of France.
Yield: Medium and fairly regular.
Vintage: It ripens in the 2 nd epoch, medium late.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: Wines of Syrah brand have an expressed odor, they are elegant and appreciated very much. Pure brand wines are rare on the market and they are usually added for "spicing" (10-15%) other wines.
Probus has been created at the Institute for Wine Growing in Sremski Karlovci by crossing Skadarka and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Yield: Good and regular
Vintage: Ripening period is rather late.
Organoleptic assessment of the wine: Wines produced from Probus are full of color, rich, of harmonious taste and pleasant odor. It is a prospective variety for high-quality red wines.
